We source our ingredients from approved suppliers that adhere to strict food safety and quality standards, including a controlled distribution environment to minimise the risk of contamination and food poisoning. This includes keeping our McNuggets frozen until they are dropped into the frying oil in-store, ready to be served. Here, our cooking procedures are specifically designed to ensure that each nugget reaches the required internal temperature to destroy pathogenic bacteria viz. Salmonella.
