Our coffee begins its remarkable journey as an Arabica coffee plant. The berries of the Arabica plant are rounded and mature within 7 to 9 months, when the berry seeds turn into coffee beans.
Once the berries are ripe, they are usually hand-picked by the farmers and not via machinery since most of the plantation is mountainous
Once the coffee has been picked, processing must begin as quickly as possible to prevent fruit spoilage. The Coffee Cherry bears seeds.
These seeds are the coffee beans and require an extensive processing to remove the fruit and mucilage before being dried, roasted, ground and brewed and served to you with love.
